Kiss Tribe – Kiss My Face 32 oz. lotions

Living in California has it’s perks. Fresh air, clean ocean breeze, and the ability to enjoy a year-round season of warmth and sunshine. But we also have days when the weather gets too hot or too dry and I’m prone to dry skin when I’m outside all day working with the kids at school. Which is why I was so happy and grateful when Kiss My Face sent me their newest 32 oz. body lotion to try and review.

I’ve been using Kiss My Face (www.kissmyface.com) products for many years and it all began with their Kids Orange U Smart shampoo and conditioner. My son liked the scent and I loved how it lathers on easily and rinsed off leaving a fresh, citrus fragrance. But most importantly, I enjoy using Kiss My Face because they do not use any artificial fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) in any of their products and their products are never tested on animals. Plus, their products are carefully formulated for specific needs such as body washes, toothpaste gels, body soaps, facial care, sunscreen, hair care, lip balms, and of course a great kids line. Their line of natural health care products are comprehensive and naturally scented with fruit, flower, and herb extracts.

As a Kiss Tribe blogger, I received Kiss My Face’s newest body lotion in their new 32 ounce size which makes it more economically and environmentally friendly. With enticing fragrances such as Lavender Shea, Tropical Coconut, and Olive & Aloe Fragrance Free, any of these lotions would be great to use daily and all day. My favorite scent is lavender and while I’m not a big fan of coconut, coconut oil does have additional health benefits for the body.  All of the lotions come with a convenient dispenser top so it’s easy to keep the hands clean while I’m lathering up the lotion.

This year, Kiss My Face has partnered with the Beagle Freedom Project, a global leader in animal rescue and advocacy that secures the release of dogs & other animals from laboratories and gives them a chance at a normal home life. The organization promotes cruelty-free lifestyle choices everyone can make. You can learn more about Beagle Freedom Project at http://bfp.org/.  Because Kiss My Face is a cruelty free company, it would make sense to support an organization that helps rescue laboratory animals. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the founders of Beagle Freedom Project at the Natural Products Expo and she explained how the lab animals (in particular Beagles) are taken from birth to be tested on. I was saddened and shocked to hear that beagles are used mainly because of their gentle nature and their unwillingness to fight back once they have been captured. The Beagle Freedom Project have fought many hard-won battles to rescue these lab animals, rehabilitate them, and then hold extensive interviews in order to find them the right home.

If you’ve never tried Kiss My Face you can find them at most natural grocery stores, Kroger, CVS, Target, Publix, Amazon, Lucky Vitamin, and Vitacost. They’re also available at www.kissmyface.com where the brand’s extensive line of natural health care products are available.
