It’s easy to get lost in the sea of snacks when shelves are dedicated to them in grocery stores. But how do you know which ones are better for you and still taste absolutely delicious? Usually bagged popcorn would not taste as fresh or light but there was just something delightful about Earth Balance’s popcorn. The puffs were crunchy and not too salty which is nice because if you’re going to eat a lot of them, you wouldn’t want to consume too much salt when it comes to snacks. All of the snacks mentioned above are made with expeller expressed sunflower oil and each has their own unique flavor and texture.
My son loves to snack on Earth Balance’s Aged White Cheddar Popcorn and the Cheddar Puffs as he knows he can enjoy popcorn without those errant corn kernels sneaking into a bite. It’s always a hassle to have to dig through the bag to find those unpopped kernels lingering on the bottom. And the puffs has a nice delicate crunch to them that makes them so fun to eat. We like to enjoy their puffs with a sandwich or just as a healthier snack while watching TV or relaxing.
